摘要
研究了二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)对混合金属氢氧化物(MMH)-(土般)土泥浆的稀释作用。电性、流变性、失水量、膨胀性和粒度分布实验结果表明,DMDAAC对MMH-(土般)土泥浆的稀释率可达75%,稀释机理是:正电性的DMDAAC通过静电作用吸附到MMH-(土般)土网状结构的粘土颗粒表面,使网状结构破坏,释放出大量的自由水。
The thinning effect of dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (DMDAAC) on MMH -bentonite mud has been investigated experimentally. DMDAAC is effective for thinning MMH-bentonite mud only at low use levels. With increasing amount of DMDAAC in the mud up to 2000ppm, its zeta-potential increases, its apparent viscosity and yield stress dramatically decrease, its filtration loss and the diladation of Ca-bentonite sample in it notably increase. With further increase of DMDAAC all these parameters level out and then slightly decrease in some cases. The thinnig mechanism of DMDAAC for this mud system is discussed on the data of electricity, rheology and particle-size distribution measurements.
