大鼠离体肝再灌注模型(IPRL)的建立及其在肝移植器官保存液实验中的意义 被引量:13

摘要 目的 为肝脏保存液的研究提供离体肝脏再灌注模型。方法 用大鼠肝移植供体手术方法获取供肝 ,离体再循环 2小时 ,同健康活体大鼠进行对比 ,观察胆汁分泌量、胆汁中胆酸及胆红素水平。结果 健康活体大鼠肝和保存时间为 0小时的离体再灌注肝的 2小时胆汁分泌量分别为 2 0 6 0± 74 8μl·(gliver) -1和 179 0± 11 4 μl·(gliver) -1,两组结果无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 大鼠离体肝循环再灌注是研究评价肝脏保存液的理想模型。 Objective To establish the isolated reperfused rat liver model for the study on liver preservative fluid. Methods The bile volume,the concentration of bile acid and bilirubin in bile was measured in the group of isolated perfused rat livers after reperfusing for 2 hours and in the group of healthy rat livers in vivo. Results The bile volume collected from the healthy rat livers in vivo and from the 0 hour preservating isolated reperfused liver were 206 0±74.8μl·(g liver) -1 and 179 0±11.4μl·(g liver) -1 ,respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The isolated reperfused rat liver is the ideal model for evaluation of liver preservative fluid.
