摘要
本文研究了不同等温转变时的残余奥氏体量及其对抗拉强度、冲击韧性和疲劳性能的影响.试验表明,380℃等温转变时可获得30.12%的残余奥氏体,使抗拉强度和疲劳性能最佳;300℃等温转变时,可获得24.36%的残余奥氏体,使冲击性能最佳.
Studies the influences the varying amounts of the residual Austenite in nodular iron on the tensile strength,the impet,toughness and the fatigne at differe temperatures. The experiments prove that 30.12% of the residual Austenite can be obtained under the isothermal transformation at 380℃,the tensile strength and the antifatigue are much improved and that 24.36% of the residual Austenite can be obtained under the isothermal transformation at 300℃,greatly increasing the impaet toughness
