电针与中药内服治疗股骨头缺血性坏死30例

Clinical Observations on the Treatment of Ischemic Necrosis of Femoral Head with Electroacupuncture and Oral Chinese Medicine

目的 评价电针结合中药内服治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。方法 将 6 0例股骨头缺血性坏死患者随机分为电针结合中药内服治疗组 30例 (观察组 )和单用中药内服治疗组 (对照组 ) ,并进行治疗前后的疗效评判。结果 观察组有效率为 86 .6 7% ,对照组有效率为 76 .6 7% ,两组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 电针结合中药内服治疗股骨头缺血性坏死疗效明显优于单用中药治疗。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus oral Chinese medicine for treating ischemic necrosis of femoral head. Methods Sixty patients with ischemic necrosis of femoral head were randomly divided into an electroacupuncture plus oral Chinese medicine group of 30 cases (observation group) and a simple oral Chinese medicine (control group). The curative effects were evaluated after treatment. Results The efficacy rate was 86.67% in the observation group and 76.67% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of electroacupuncture plus oral Chinese medicine is significantly better than that of simple oral Chinese medicine for treating ischemic necrosis of femoral head.
