不同浓度氟保护漆在体外的释放研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察和比较不同浓度氟保护漆在人工唾液中的释放情况。方法将涂有氟保护漆的的聚乙烯平板完全浸入放有20ml人工唾液的聚乙烯烧瓶中,恒温37℃,采用氟离子选择性电极法,分别于第1h、3h、7h、31h、55h、124h、213h测定两种浓度的氟保护漆氟离子的释放量。结果在大约九天的释放期间里,两种浓度的氟保护漆都能释放一定浓度的氟。随着浸泡时间的延长,两种浓度的氟保护漆氟释放量逐渐减少。两组之间在人工唾液中的释放效果没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。同一组内不同时间段之间,单位时间释放量有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论两种浓度的氟保护漆在一定的时间里能够缓慢的释放到周围的液体环境中。两者之间的释放效果没有显著性差异。 Objective:To observe and compare the fluorine release of different fluor protectors in artificial saliva.Methods:A thin coating on one side of a polyester sheet (20mm×40mm) with fluor protector,then was painted each sheet of polyester with the fluor protector was placed coating into a polystyrene vial and added 20ml of artificial saliva, and the fluor protector coating became completely immersed in the solution of homeothermia,37℃ at 1,3,7,31,55,124 and 213 hours after immersion.The fresh solution replaced the older one for fluoride determination with a fluoride-specific ion electrode and a acidimeter.Results:Two different concentrations of fluor protectors released certain amount of fluorine through the nine days period.With the elongation of immersed hours,their fluorine release decreased gradually.There was no significant difference between two different concentrations of fluor protectors as to fluorine release in artificial saliva( P >0.05).But there were significant differences among various time period in each group( P <0.05).Conclusion:The study indicates that the fluor protector could release fluorine slowly during the fixed time.There is no significant difference between two different concentrations of fluor protectors in fluorine release effect.
