输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术(附297例报告) 被引量:5

Treatment of ureteral stones with ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotripter:A report of 297 cases

摘要 目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效及并发症的防治。方法采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗297例318侧输尿管结石。结果一次性碎石成功率95.0%(282/297),7天内结石排净率94.0%(279/297)。术中并发症发生率3%(9/297)。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石方法较安全、疗效确切,损伤小,可作为治疗输尿管中下段结石的首选方法。 Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotripsy on the treatment of ureteral stones and the prevention and cure of the complications.Methods:297cases of 318 sides of ureteral stones were treated by the use of the ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotripsy.Results:95.0%(282/297) of the stones were fragmented on one session,94.0%(279/297) of the stones being expelled within 7 days after the procedure.Complications occurred in 3%(9/297)of these.Conclusion:Treatment of the ureteral stones by the use of ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotripsy is safe,effective and less invasive.It should be the first choice of treatment for middle and lower ureteral stone.
