合肥市产超广谱β-内酰胺酶菌株CTX-M型耐药基因的初步分布 被引量:14

摘要 目的 了解 1999~ 2 0 0 0年合肥市多所医院临床分离的产超广谱 β-内酰胺酶 (ESBL s)肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌中 CTX- M-型耐药基因的初步分布情况。方法 根据 Gen Bank的基本序列 (CTX- M- 1、CTX- M- 9和CTX- M- 8)而设计 3对引物 ,分别用这些引物对表型确认试验证实产 ESBL s的细菌进行 PCR扩增。结果  98株产 ESBL s细菌中 ,5 6株产 CTX- M-型 β-内酰胺酶 ,其中 CTX- M- 1、CTX- M- 9和 CTX- M- 8来源的分别为 30、2 9和 0株。结论 合肥市有产 CTX- M-型 OBJECTIVE To study resistant CTX-M genotypes of extended-spectrum β-lactamases producing (Klebsiella pneumoniae) and Escherichia coli strains isolated from Hefei, Anhui Province between 1999 and 2000. METHODS Three pairs of primers were designed by the basic sequences of CTX-M-1, CTX-M-9 and CTX-M-8 from GenBank, respectively. PCR was performed with the three-pair primers respectively and ESBLs producing K. pneumoniae and E. coli strains, which were identified by inhibitor-potentiated broth dilution test, were acted as templates. RESULTS Of 98 ESBLs-producing K. pneumoniae and E. coli strains, there were 56 CTX-M-type β-lactamases producing strains. Thirty, twenty-nine and zero were from CTX-M-1, CTX-M-9 and CTX-M-8, respectively. CONCLUSIONS The prevalent subtype is CTX-M-type in ESBLs producing K. pneumoniae and (E. coli) strains isolated from Hefei, Anhui Province between 1999 and 2000.
