巨大外毛根鞘癌1例

A case of large trichilemmal carcinoma

报告1例外毛根鞘癌。患者男,64岁。右侧臀部出现一红色斑块,渐增大伴微痒20余年。组织病理检查可见表皮不规则增生,表皮突呈树枝状伸入真皮下部,增生的细胞胞质染色较淡,排列紊乱,可见异常核分裂像,部分细胞核大,深染,胞质透明,PAS染色阳性。

A 64-year-old male presented with a large trichilemmal carcinoma. He had a slow-growing pink-color plaque with light itch on his right buttock more than 20 years. The histopathology of the plaque showed the epidermis had a hyperplasia appearance. The cytoplasm of proliferating cells was lightly stained with hematoxylin and eosin. Mitoses and atypia were prominent. In some tumor cells the nucleus were large and stained in dark blue and the cytoplasm was transparent. The tumor cells were positive to PAS staining.
