摘要 报告1例巨大先天性黑素细胞痣恶变并淋巴结转移。患儿男,14个月。出生后即发现腰骶部有巨大黑素细胞痣,14个月时皮损组织病理检查示,黑素细胞痣恶变并有右侧腹股沟淋巴结转移。 Here is reported a case of the malignant transformation of large congenital melanocytic nevi with lymph mode metastasis. A 14-month-old male infant had large melanocytic nevi on his back at birth. The histopathological study showed the malignant transformation of melanocytic nevi with the lymph node metastasis on the right groin.
