摘要
设计并实现了一种基于遗传 -神经网络的字符识别系统 .遗传 -神经网络算法综合了遗传算法的全局优化和神经网络的并行计算等特点 ,可克服遗传算法最终进化至最优解较慢和神经网络易陷入局部解的缺陷 ,具有较好的全局性和收敛速度 .
In this paper a character recognition system based genetic-neural network is designed and implemented. Genetic-neural network algorithms combine the virtue of global optimization of Genetic Algorithm and the virtue of parallel computation of Neural Network and overcome their shortcomings such as slow speed and local minimal solution. So this algorithms are of good global property and rapid convergence speed.
