激光熔覆成形致密金属零件试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用基模CO2 激光器进行了单道无搭接熔覆成形Ni2 5材料试验 ,获得了致密金属零件 ,对成形件组织进行了分析研究。得出结论 ,利用该技术 ,完全可以获得组织致密、层间形成良好冶金结合、无内部缺陷的工件。 This experiment, with basic mode CO 2 laser and single path cladding process, fabricates compacted metal parts of Ni25 material. The structure of the parts fabricated has been analyzed in detail. And the conclusion can be got that laser cladding can fabricate defect-free parts which is structurally compacted and metallurgical bonding.
