对数控车削中使用的刀具类型及其选用方法作了介绍,并就刀具的类型、刀尖圆弧半径、刀具中心高误差等因素对加工品质的影响作了分析,并在此基础上提出了应对措施。

The paper gives the types of cutting tools used in NC process and its selecting way.It analyzes the effects on the production quality caused by the factors including the types of the cutters, the radius of the cutter tip, the error of the cutter center elevation and so on, on the basis of which some corresponding measures were presented.
