摘要
在现代CAD系统中,特征造型是面向单个零件的,在处理具有跨层次性的产品结构时不仅造型效率低,而且破坏了结构的整体性和各组成单元的相关性。笔者提出了一种集特征造型和装配为一体的产品跨层次建模方法。在实体特征层建立产品的主体模型,整个模型经过跨层次运算跨越零件层直接在装配层形成产品的装配结构。该方法为自顶向下设计提供了新的思路,具有高效、直观、便捷和智能等特点。
Feature-based modeling for single part in modern CAD system causes low efficiency and also disorders the integrality and relativity of components. An inter-level modeling method is presented to integrity feature modeling and assembly modeling. Main body model of the product is created in the solid feature level, then the whole model is disposed by inter-level operation, finally the product structure is built in the assembly level and over part level. The method finds a new way to top-down design and possesses the characters of high efficiency,obviouness, convenience and intelligence.
