本文在阐明了区域与城市、区域研究与区域规划等概念之后,着重从区域规划编制的原则、区域规划编制的内容、区域规划的性质和地位等方面,论述了区域规划在城乡协调发展中的地位和作用。这对我们真正认识和搞好区域研究、规划,从而促进我国国民经济和城乡建设的全面、协调、可持续发展具有重要意义。

This article elucidates the status and action of district layout in harmonious development urban and rural district from the principle, content, character and status of district layout after clarifying the concept of District and City, District Research and District Layout. That has important meaning for understanding and putting up district research and layout, accordingly promoting national economy and comprehensive, harmonious, sustainable development of urban and rural district construction.
