钻孔灌注桩凭借施工时噪音低、对周围影响小等优势,在建筑桩基中使用广泛。但在施工过程中由于操作不当往往会出现塌孔、缩径、钢筋笼上浮、桩身夹泥、断桩等质量通病。本文对以上常见质量通病进行探讨,分析形成原因。

Drill grouting pile is utilized widely because of low noises and little effect on environment. There are usually common quality fault such as collapse, shrinkage, steel bar cage float, nip mud, break due to improper operation. This article discusses familiar common quality fault, analyzes it's cause and gives some advices for prevention and remediation.
