无论在实验室还是在现场,原油粘温曲线的测量都具有重要意义。在与原测试方法比较的基础上,推荐使用一种简捷的测量方法,其在管壁剪速下的测量结果,对于流变行为指数n值大于0.79的假塑性体,可用牛顿层流压降公式进行管道层流流态压降的简化计算。
Measurement of the viscosity - temperature curve of crude oil is of great importance both experimentally and on site. Based on the comparison with the conventinal methods,a simple and direct measuring method is recommendedwith the result measured under pipe wall shearing rate. For the pseudoplastic fluid with a rheological behaviour index of over 0. 79, short - cut calculation of the pressure drop of pipeline laminar flow regime can be carried out using the pressure drop formula for Newtonian laminar flow.
