nm23-H1基因在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的 研究乳腺癌组织中nm2 3-H1基因的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化S -P法检测nm2 3-H1基因在 88例乳腺癌组织中的表达。结果  88例乳腺癌组织中 4 6例nm2 3-H1表达阳性 ,阳性率为5 2 .3% ,nm2 3-H1的表达与乳腺癌的组织学分级、临床分期以及淋巴结转移呈负相关。nm2 3-H1阴性表达患者淋巴结转移率高。结论 乳腺癌组织中nm2 3-H1的表达与乳腺癌的转移有相关性 。 Objective: To study the expression of nm23-H1 and its clinical impact in breast cancer. Methods: The expression of nm23-H1 antigen was detected with immunohistochemical method in 88 breast cancers. Results: The positive immunohistochemical staining for nm23-H1 antigen was observed in 46 of all patients, the positive ratio being 52.3%. The expression of nm23-H1 antigen was significantly associated with differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer. Conclusion: The expression of nm23-H1 antigen was associated with tumor metastasis and may be a pathological biology index to judge the metastasis of breast cancer.
