摘要 目的 比较两种海蒿子粗多糖的提取方法。方法 海蒿子干粉经热水抽提 ,乙醇沉淀 ,得到水溶性的粗多糖C1 。用稀盐酸室温提取 ,乙醇沉淀 ,得到粗多糖C2 。对两种粗品用苯酚硫酸法测其总糖含量 ,BaCl2 明胶法测其硫酸根含量。紫外光谱检测C1 、C2 核酸和蛋白吸收情况。结论 从总糖含量及蛋白质吸收峰看 ,水提方法好于酸提方法 ; Objective: To compare the two methods of crude polysaccharide from Sargassum Pallidium. Methods: The crude polysaccharides (C_1、C_2) was obtained from the Sargassum Pallidium power by boilngwater-extracting, acid-extracting under room temperature, and ethanol-precipitating. Their total polysaccharides content was determined by the method of phenol-sulphuric acid. Their total sulfate content was determined by the method of BaCl_2-glutin.The absorbance of nucleic acid and protein of these two samples was detected by ultraviolet spectrum. Results: To the total content of the polysaccharides and protein absorbance,the water-extracting method is better than the acid-extracting; to the content of SO_4^(2-)and productivity, the acid-extracting method is better than the water-extracting.
