SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF AM/MA/VP TERPOLYMER FOR USE IN ENHANCED OIL RECOVERY

摘要 本文以丙烯酰胺(AM)、顺丁烯二酸(MA)、N-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷酮(VP)为单体,以水作溶剂合成了AM-MA-VP三元共聚物。研究了影响共聚反应的主要因素以及共聚物的耐温、抗盐等性能,通过IR、NMR、TG、DTA、DSC研究了共聚物的结构和热性能。研究结果表明:该共聚物增粘效果好,耐温、抗盐,抗剪切性能较好。 AM/MA/VP terpolymer was synthesized by solution polymerization of acrylamide (AM), maleic acid (MA) and N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone (VP) in this paper. Copolymerization reaction variables were studied to obtain a terpolymer with better viscosifying capacity in brines at elevated temperatures. By using IR, NMR, TG, DTA, and DSC the structure and thermal properties of the terpolymer obtained were studied. 2000mg/l-solution viscosities go through a minimum at some concentrations of NaCl and of mono-and bivalent mixed salts. This terpolymer in brine of minerality 1.0×10~5 mg/1 was more thermally stable in 25-day solution aging tests at 90℃ than HPAM and Phillips' HE-100 do.
