摘要
在实验室研制成功三种水溶性耐温耐盐聚合物(RTS系列),简介了合成方法,评定了水溶液流变性、粘温性、盐敏性、抗剪切性及在高温高盐介质中的老化性。RTs系列聚合物的耐温耐盐性明显优于两种部分水解聚丙烯酰胺对照样品,与美国菲利浦公司的耐温耐盐聚合物HE-100相当甚至更好。
Through radical copolymerization of acrylamide, acrylic acid and third monomer (vinylpyrrolidone,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropancsulfonic acid or an ampholytic, BFM monomer) in aqueous solution, a series of water-soluble terpolymers (RTS-polymers) are prepared, of which three samples are selectd out and evaluated in laboratory as flooding polymers for use in hostile environments,All RTS samples appear to be superior to PHPAMs (including here Pfizer's 3430s) and even to Phillips' HE-100 on the basis of solution viscosities and their percent retention after polymer solutions in brines of minerality 5000 and 100000mg/l having been thermally aged at 85℃ over 20days.Significant enhancemnts in viscosites of brine solutions of RTS-6-1 are observed in aging tests as well as in rheologic measurements. Rheologic behavior of brine solution with different minerality and viscosity vs temperature curves are recommended as ways of preliminarilly evaluating flooding polymers for this purpose.
