新型防腐镀膜烟气冷凝换热器换热实验研究 被引量:37

Heat transfer performance of condensing flue heat exchangers with anticorrosion films

摘要 分别对镀锡、镀镍、非晶态镍磷化学镀膜、新型非晶态镍铜磷复合化学镀膜4种防腐镀膜冷凝换热器进行了换热实验研究。研究表明,新型非晶态镍铜磷复合化学镀膜的防腐性能和传热性能最好,传统镀锡则最差。得出了可应用于类似冷凝换热器研发的实验关联式。 Investigates experimentally the condensing flue heat exchangers with the four anticorrosion films of tin, nickel, non-crystalline Ni-P and non-crystalline Ni-Cu-P respectively. Concludes that the anticorrosion and heat transfer performances of the last type are the best and the first are the worst. Presents the experimental correlations for development of similar condensing heat exchangers.
