摘要
PMN-PFR是由丙烯酰胺-丙烯腈共聚物(PMN)和水溶性酚醛树脂(PFR)构成的高温抗盐堵水剂。本文介绍了PMN-PFR堵液及其形成的凝胶性能,考察了PMN分子量与浓度、pH值、温度、电解质(NaCl、CaCl_2)和剪切作用对堵剂性能的影响。结果表明,PMN-PFR堵剂具有良好的抗温抗盐性能,可用于砂岩地层堵水。
PMN/PFR water shutoff agent, aqueous solution of acrylamide/acrylonitrile copolymer (PMN) and water-soluble phenolic resin(PFR) in equal amounts, has been approved in field tests on profile modification of injection wells in sandstone reservoirs of higher temperature and minerality performed in Zhongyuan Oil Fields. In this study viscosity properties of the solution, original and gelled, gelation time, and structural stability of the gel are investigated as influenced by molecular weight and concentration of PMN, presence of salts, pH value, temperature, and shear applied. The PMN/PFR (both in 0.5-0.6%) solution, whether in ion-free, fresh or artificial sea waters, forms stable gel with viscosity 28-60 Pa·s at 70-130℃ in 3-48 hrs. The original solution is kept stable at least in one week when standing at 22-35℃.
