摘要
介绍了脉冲分配器的工作原理和设计步骤。利用Lattice公司的在系统可编程逻辑器件和超高速集成电路硬件描述语言VHDL设计出了一步进电机脉冲分配器。在ispDesignEXPERT开发系统下完成设计输入、时序仿真和功能实现。该脉冲分配器能实现速度控制、工作方式选择等多种功能,只要修改VHDL程序而无须修改硬件电路就能方便地构成其他各种步进电机脉冲分配器。驱动电路采用恒流斩波技术,电源是脉冲供电方式,提高了电源效率,并能有效地抑制共振,无须外接影响时间常数的限流电阻,提高了高频性能。
The principle and designing steps of step-motor pulse divider are introduced.A pulse divider is designed with the in-system programmable device and the VHDL hardware description language.The designing input,time simulation and function realization are completed in the ispEXPERT system.The pulse divider can realize functions of speed control and work model selection etc.Only changing the program and without changing the hardware circuit,the designing can comprise of other pulse divider.For adopting the constant current chopper technique in the driver circuit,the efficacy of power and the capability of high frequency are improved and the resonance is suppressed.
