摘要
人力资源管理思想的发展与社会生产力水平是紧密联系的。从其演进历程看 ,虽然西方古人能注重对自然界和人类社会整体性、统一性的认识 ,但由于缺乏对整体各个细节的认识能力 ,所以那时的系统思想必然带有浓厚的猜测和思辨性质。近代机械观也把世界看作一个整体 ,虽然它并不符合系统思想 ,但在对人的管理思想方面 ,仍不乏当今系统思维的光辉。到了现代 ,以泰罗为代表的古典管理理论虽仍有机械论的色彩 ,但已开始注重人性问题。今天 ,与自然科学领域一样 。
The development of the HRM thought closely contacts with the social production forces level. Although the ancient Western could pay attention to the unity of mankind society, because of the lack of cognitive ability to its details, its inevitable for the ancient systematic thinking has the pronounced conjecture nature. The modern mechanism also looks on the world as a whole, but this whole thinking is not identical with the systematic thinking, because the core of the systematic thinking is that the whole is different from the sum of the every part. In modern times, although Talors classical management theory is still has the mechanism color, the theory started paying attention to human nature. Today, the same as the natural science, the systematic thinking has entered the theory and practice of the HRM, At the last, this paper gives the prospect for the future of the HRM theory.
