摘要
采用动物移植性瘤株ECS癌、S180肉瘤、Lewis肺癌等进行了葛根(FlosPuerariae)体内抗肿瘤作用的观察;用体视法观察了葛根对Lewis肺癌的肺转移肿瘤组织形态上的变化;用体外同位素掺入法探讨了葛根三个品种的抗肿瘤作用。
his paper is the first one to rport about anticancer activity of Flos puerariae (FP)in home and abroad. First of all, we investigated whether FP had anticancer effectagniest ECS carcinoma, S180 sarcoma and Lewis lung carcinoma (LLc) in Yivo.Futhermore, we obserAed the morphological chang of the lungs which LLc had metastasized toin C57BL/6 mice treated with FP. In addition, three genera of FP (9201, 9202, 9203)were compared in their antitumor activity bymeans of isotope incorghation assay in vitro.The results showed that FP extract at the dosage of 10g/kg ig for several days hada certainly inhibitory action against growth of ECS, S180 and LLc as well as a synergistic antitumor activity if combination with Cy or OK432 in vivo, and that all the threegenera at the concentration of 5 or 1mg/ml could inhibit significcantly proliferation ofP388 Leulcemia and W256 carcino sarcoma in vitro. However, 9202 and 9203 were moreactive than 9201.WW
