针对 T91钢高温再热器制作和安装中 ,在焊接、热处理方面存在的困难 ,提出了 T91马氏体耐热钢焊接、热处理工艺简化的设想 ,并通过实践和试验的方法证实了其可行性和正确性。介绍了焊接、热处理工艺简化在实际应用中产生的效果和效益。

In this paper, the T91-MST high-temperature-resistant steel welding and heat-treatment craft are conceived to overcome the difficulty of welding and heat-treatment in the high-temperature reheater manufacturing and installing. They are proved to be feasible and correct by practice and test. The effectiveness and profit of the craft simplification in welding and heat-treatment are introduced at last.
