State-Sponsored Seafarer Qualification Examination of Main Propulsion Power Plant and Its Influence on Seafarers Training

对"海船船员适任考试和评估大纲"实施以来的7期全国船员适任考试主推进动力装置试卷中存在的一些问题进行评析。同时,对全国船员适任考试与船员及航海类本科生适任培训的关系和对策进行分析讨论。

Some problems existing in seven times of examinations since the enforcement of 'Outline of StateSponsored Seafarer Qaulification Examinations and Appraisals' have been analyzed in this paper. The relationships between seafarer qualification examination and training and countermeasures thereof are also analyzed and discussed.
