摘要
分析了海运安全文化的实施层次,探讨了海运企业安全文化实施的方向,重点提出了海运企业安全文化评价指标体系,并试图用模糊综合评价的方法来对此作定量分析。
In this paper the hierarchy mode of safety culture construction in marine enterprises is analyzed. The way of safety culture implement is discussed. The evaluation index system of safety culture is put forward specially. It is tried in this paper that fuzzy integrated assessment method is used for quantitative analysis of safety culture in marine enterprises and the effects of safety culture construction implement.
