高频电刀在表皮移植治疗不平整部位白癜风的临床应用

Clinical Application of High-frequency Eletric Knife on Epidermis Transplantation to Treat the Un-even Area of Vitiligo

目的 :观察高频电刀在表皮移植治疗不平整部位白癜风的疗效。方法 :采用负压吸疱和高频电刀相结合进行自体表皮移植。结果 :治疗 3 7例白癜风患者 ,共植入皮片 2 67区 ,其中治愈 2 0 1区( 75 2 8% ) ,显效 3 9区 ( 1 4 61 % ) ,有效 1 0区 ( 3 74% ) ,无效 1 7区 ( 6 3 8% ) ,总有效率 93 63 %。结论 :采用高频电刀去除受皮区表皮的方法更适合于非平整部位白癜风表皮移植 ,且简单易掌握 。

Objective:To observe treatment effect of high-frequency eletric knife on treatment of the un-even area of vitiligo. Methods:Self-body epidermis transplantation was conducted by a high-frequency eletric knife combined with negative pressure-caused vesical. Results:37 patients were treated, and the total of 267 pieces of epidermis were transplanted. The curatitive rate was 75.2%, the excellent rate was 14.61%, the effective rate was 3.74%, and the ineffective rate was 6.38%, the total effective rate was 93.63%. Conclusion:High-frequency eletric knife is suitable for epidermis transplantation to treat the un-even area of vitiligo and this method is simple to learn and more effective.
