Clinical Study on Effect of Thymus Peptide in Treatment of Patients with Vitiligo

目的 :观察胸腺肽治疗白癜风的疗效。方法 :83例患者被随机分成治疗组 ( 5 0例 )和对照组( 3 3例 )。治疗组 5 0例 ,应用胸腺肽治疗 (皮损内注射 ) ,对照组 3 3例 ,采用白蚀丸、维乐生片 ,外搽 1 5 %补骨酯酊治疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 78% ,而对照组为 3 0 3 0 % (P <0 0 1 )。结论

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of thymus peptide in treatment of patients with vitiligo. Methods:83 patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into the treatment group (50 patients) and the control group (33 patients). 50 patients of the treatment group were treated with thymus peptide and injected in skin lesions. 33 patients of the control group were treated with baishiwan, weileshengpian and 15% buguzhiding.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 78% and 30.30% (P<0.01) respectively. Conclusion:These results suggested that vitiligo patients treated with thymus peptide could get better effects.
