对麻风患者进行合理情绪治疗的效果分析

Inevstigation on the Rational-Emotive Therapy in Leprosy

目的 :了解合理情绪治疗在麻风患者治疗中所起的作用。方法 :以合理情绪治疗的方法 ,对麻风患者 42例进行治疗。利用QOLQ -74(生活质量问卷 )作为研究工具对合理情绪治疗的方法进行评价。结果 :经过合理情绪治疗 ,麻风患者在社会功能 ,心理功能方面有明显改善 ,自杀倾向明显降低。结论 :合理情绪治疗作为一种心理治疗的方法 。

Objective:To explore the effect of psychotherapy in leprosy patients. Methods:Rational-Emotive therapy(RET) was used in treatment of 42 cases with leprosy; Questionaire QOLQ-74 was used to appraise the effect of RET. Results:After treated by RET, the cases were changed much in social function, psychological function and their suicide inclination was significantly decreased. Conclusion:As a method of psychotherapy, RET can be widely used in treatment of leprosy.
