摘要
报道 1例类脂质渐进性坏死 ,患者女性 ,63岁 ,两足背及小腿红色丘疹、斑块 ,有蜡样光泽 ,局部有凹陷性水肿 ,瘙痒 1年余。皮肤病理 :表皮角化过度 ,毛囊角栓 ,表皮萎缩变薄。真皮浅层有灶状的胶原纤维变性 ,混以组织细胞 ,其间有少量的泡沫细胞。真皮浅层毛细血管扩张。变性胶原组织间的毛细血管壁增厚 ,内膜肿胀 ,部分血管闭塞。
A case with necrobiosis lipodica was reported in the paper. A 63 years old female case presented some popules and erythroma plaque on the dorsum of both legs and feet for 1 year. Histopathological was showed that hyperkeratosis and atrophy in epidemirs. A litter degenration of collagen fibres with some foam cells and histocytes in superepidermis. The change of histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of necrobiosis lipodica.
