摘要
主要介绍几种热采采出水作注汽锅炉给水的软化工艺,即石灰苏打软化工艺、离子交换软化工艺、苛性碱软化工艺、热力软化工艺;并用实例评价热采采出水采用外排和作注汽锅炉给水两种方法的经济效益。
In light of the problem of the difficulty to treat produced water in thermal produceing-heavy oil oilfields in the country, the author makes extensive investigation of the problem at home and abroad. The article analyses the way out, the treatment methods and requirement of the produced water in thermal produing oilfields, emphatically shows the technology to soften boiler water using thermal produced water and gives some practical examples.
