摘要
新研制的稠油三相分离器主要由入口减速器、折流器、PERFORMAX板和溢流槽、除雾器等组成,并采用了水力除砂结构。现场试验证明:该分离器脱水效率高,达到了预期设计指标,适用于稠油生产中的油、气、水三相分离。
Heavy oil three phase separator absorbs advanced structuce and techology at home and abroad. It mainly consists of inlet decelerator, separating plate, PERFORMAX plate, overflow trough and demister, and adopts hydraulic sand removal structure. On the spot test proves that it is high in efficiency and extensive in applicable and achives desired design target.
