摘要
从管理理念、管理重心和管理手段三个方面比较了现代人力资源管理与传统劳动人事管理的区别 ,进而从增大人力资本存量 。
Through three aspacts of the managemnt mind, the focal point of management and the management means, it compares the human personnel management at modern libraries with the traditional personnel affairs. The development of the human resource and the new manegement mechanism is discussed. The growing of human resource in quantity, the optimism of human resource in quality, and in the development of orgaization are also discussed.
