万家寨水电站水轮机运行状况分析及改进 被引量:2

摘要 针对万家寨水电站水轮机开停机过频、负荷率及运行效率低、机组运行稳定性参数 (振动、摆度、压力脉动 )超标、磨蚀严重、转轮裂纹及部件损坏等运行方面的问题 ,进行了系列试验分析 ,通过采取改善机组运行工况 ,对机组进行动平衡调整、转轮裂纹进行补焊、锥管进行补强等措施 ,使水轮机运行的问题得到初步解决。 Aimed at the problems that turnimg on/off of the generator is frequent, that loading rate and operating efficiency is low, that stabability parameter in operation(vibration, swaying angle, pressure pulse movement) exceeds standard, that wearing of the set is serious, that parts are damaged, a series of experiments have been performed to prove that by balance adjusting the set and make up weloling the crack of wheels, the operation of hydro turbine can be ensured.
