摘要
通过对胜利油田6×10~4m^3(标)/d轻烃回收装置的分析,具体讨论了分析结果,找出最大损环节,为同类装置节能技术改造提供了科学依据。在此基础上提出了一种冷冻干燥分离新工艺,并对该工艺实际应用的可行性作了探讨,这对轻烃回收技术的发展和节能技术改造有一定的参考价值。
Through the Exergie analysis of 6×10~4m^3 (S)/d light hydrocarbon recovery device, this article discusses the analysing result, finds out the largest link in Exergie loss. So that a scientific basis has been provided for the same category devices in energy-saving technial transformation. The article puts forward a new technology of freezing-drying-separating and discusses its feasibility.
