摘要
研究了泥浆处理剂在层状混层金属氢氧化物(MMH)泥浆体系中的作用.在粘土-MMH弱负电泥浆体系中,传统的泥浆处理剂原则上均可使用;在正电泥浆体系中,阴离子型处理剂失去其原有功能,应选用非离子型处理剂、开发阳离子型处理剂。
The action of various mud additives on the mixed metal layered hydroxide compound(MMH) mud systems is studied experimentally. It is shown that conventional filtraion-loss controllers and thinners appear to be effective in general for the weakly negatively charged bentonite-MMH systems, i.e. bentonite muds with low concentration of MMH. In positive muds, i.e. in sodium bentonite-MMH-AlAl_3 systems, even weakly negatively charged additives such as CMS can not functionize as filtration loss controller. Commonly used nonionic filtration loss controllers such as pregelationated starch are effective in positive muds only at very high use level. An explanation is given for this observation. Special nonionic and cationic additives should be developed.
