摘要
随着计划体制逐步被打破,让社会履行社会的职责已成为经济体制改革和社会现代化进程的必然趋势。家庭、市场、社会和国家开始形成新的利益结构关系。在社会主义市场经济状态下,社会体育社会办,以“国家-社会-个人”共同负担,责任分担的运行机制,充分调动社会力量办体育。因而在转型的社会主义市场经济状态下社会体育的利益,责任分化,对整合模式提出新的要求。
With the planned economy being broken, it is the inexorable trend that society does itself duty. A new benefit relation is taking shape among family, market, society and country. In market, social sports are done by society. The powers of society doing sports are mobilized by the mechanism of making joint efforts and sharing responsibility with country, society and individual person. So the new situation has put new integral demand.
