The juridical person system in higher institutions during the social transformational period is a limited corporation system adaptable to the characteristics of educational system of higher learning,It is a self_organizing system which can regulate the behavioral relationship criterion between institutions and the government as well as a regular one formed through nonlinear interaction in the inwards of higher institutions.
