With the globalization of economy,more and more enterprises in the world are implementing team strategy which is a flexible form to settle the problems in enterprises.To shorten the distance from famous enterprises abroad, we should be aware of the role and advantages of team in enterprises, acquaint team performance curve and characters of team with high performance,and attach importance to cultivating team by practising team performance management effectively.
