民本向民主的跨越——论加强社会主义民主建设

简要阐述民本与民主这两个范畴,并从思想主体、经济基础、约束方式等几个方面对民本与民主进行比较,通过观察我国现阶段经济、政治、文化的发展情况,得出我国正处在由民本向民主跨越的阶段,需要从大力发展经济、推进政治体制改革、实现民主的法制化等方面入手,进一步加强社会主义民主建设。

The article expounds the two categories:people-oriented state and democracy.Democracy is the distillation of people-oriented state.By observing the present developing circumstances in economy , politics and culture ,one can conclude that our country is striding across the stage from people-oriented state to democracy . In this stage , we need to quicken economy development , advance the reform of political system,and put the democracy into legislation so that we can further reinforce the construction of socialistic democracy.
