摘要
随着信息高速公路的建设与发展,档案管理现代化问题,已成为高校档案实际工作所面临的亟待解决的问题。要加速实现档案管理现代化,一是转变观念,增强档案管理的现代化意识是前提;二是具备一定的设备、物质条件是基础;三是具有一支现代化管理水平的人才是关键;四是加强档案标准化建设。
With the construction and development of information expressway,file management modernization has become an urgent problem for the file management in colleges.To solve it,changing ideas is a premise;buying new device is a base;training talents is a key;and standardizing file management is a core.
