深化国企改革 ,从根本上扭转亏损企业始终是难题和关键。针对河北省国有及国有控股企业中的亏损企业 ,采用随机问卷调查并将有效数据录入计算机进行分析 ,探解亏损症结。

Strengthening the reform of state-owned enterprises and making up deficits of these enterprises are key and difficult issues. This paper discusses the deficit causes of state-owned and state-held enterprises in Hebei province based on the inquiry report from some enterprises.
