摘要
土地经营制度的变化发展中存在许多问题 ,要解放思想 ,调动农民的积极性 ,开拓农业土地经营新道路。
The system of family contract exists many problems. We must get rid of restriction of our thought, mobilize the positivity of peasants, open a new way of land management system in agriculture.
