Study on the Development of Faculty in the Subject of Economics in Ordinary Colleges

对一般院校经济学类专业师资队伍现状和存在问题进行分析 ,针对经济学类专业和一般院校的教学特点 ,提出了师资队伍建设的改革思路。

This thesis analyzes the current situation and problems that exist in economic teaching staff in the ordinary colleges. Based on the characteristics of teaching works in ordinary colleges, advanced reform ideas are proposed for the development of faculty in the subject of economics in ordinary colleges.
