光合作用中心涉及叶绿素、细菌叶绿素、脱镁叶绿素、血红素等卟啉类化合物以及作为电子受体的醌类,因此,利用共价键连结的卟啉—醌(Porphyrin-Quinone,以下简称P-Q)-
This paper reports the synthesis of a porphyrin-anthraguinone-trinitrophenoltriplex compound (P-AQ-T). Linking 5-P-hydroxyphenyl-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrinand picric acid by 1,5-di(haloacetamido) anthraguinone forms P-AQ-T. Comparing UVand fluorescence spectroscopy of P-AQ-T, P-AQ and TPP shows that their fluorescence gu-antum yields are TPP>P-AQ>P-AQ-T. This result suggests that in this t?iplex there exi-sts more stable charge separated state P^+-AQ^+-T?P^+-AQ-T^+ because of the trinitrophenolmoiety as electron acceptor.
