摘要
二硅烷的光解反应,一直是有机硅化学中一个引人注目的课题。人们已经对多种芳基二硅烷的光解反应作了比较系统的研究,但却很少见到对含杂环基二硅烷的研究。通常,芳基二硅烷的光解反应按三种途径进行。以甲醇为捕捉剂时,其反应机理如图1所示。
The photolysis of pentamethyl-2-thienyldisilane (1) in the presence of cyclohe-xane/ethanol gave dimethyl-2-thienylsilane (2), trimethyl-2-thienylsilane (3), trimethyl-ethoxy silane (4) and dimethylethoxysilane (5) as the main products. If ethyl alcohol-d(C_2H_5OD)was used as a trapping agent, dimethyl-2-thienydeutrosilane (2d) and dimethyl-ethoxydeutrosilane (5d) instead of 2 and 5 were obtained mechanism was disscused.
