摘要
用硅原子代替有机药物中的某一碳原子.叫硅药(Sila-drug),我们曾经将硅原子引入高效杀螨剂Torque-[(PhMe2CCH2)3Sn]2O,合成了Sila-Torque-[(PhMe2SiCH2)3Sn]2O及其羧酸酯。
18 tri[(methyldiphenylsilyl) methylene] tin aliphatic carboxylates and aryloxyacetateswere synthesized by reaction of bis [tri(methyldiphenylsilyl) methylene] tin oxides with correspond-ing carboxylic acides. The IR, ~1H, ^(29)Si and ^(119)Sn NMR were determined. The results of spectra datashowed that these compounds are four-coordination or ganotin compounds. For aryloxyacetates, thereis a liner relationship between chemical shift of ^(119)Sn NMR and Hammett constant (σ) of para-sub-stituent of the aryl groups: δ^(119)Sn=11.487σ+143.563,n=6,r=0.979.
