摘要
本文介绍了半导体激光器注入电流调制特性 ,研究了半导体激光器的输出光频与注入电流的关系 ,并给出了其测量结果。
In this paper we discussed the current modulating characteristics of laser diode and the relation between the output optical frequence and the inserting current.The measuring result was presented.
